We can meet you at the property and discuss all the rules and regulations pertaining to the letting of your property. Gas safety certification, electrical certification, EPC’s etc. If you are planning on going abroad for a period of time we can also advise on your taxation obligations. - Full Management:
Our fully managed service includes accompanied viewings with clients; references taken and checked on prospective tenants; full inventory service including timed and dated digital photographs; lease agreements; periodic inspections; monthly rent collections; final check of the property once the tenants have vacated. - Let Only:
Let only includes accompanied viewings; lease agreements. An inventory can be provided at a reasonable charge. - Full complement of qualified repair/maintenance contractors:
We have at our disposal a full complement of repair and maintenance contractors. We can also accommodate any contractor of your choice. - We will notify all relevant authorities of new tenancies:
Once the tenancy agreement has been signed we will notify all the relevant authorities of the new tenants names and details, along with meter readings. At final checkout, meter readings will be taken and the authorities duly informed. - Competitive rates – currently VAT free:
We charge a competitive commission rate and sign up fee. This is currently VAT free.
